Winter Is Coming

What are you thinking about warming up with in a few months when the weather begins to turn cold? Stag’s Hollow is new to the Brewery Creek wine portfolio! Check out these gorgeous reds in our BC section.

  • Pinot Noir 2021 – 13.7% aromas of black cherry, bramble, candied red fruit, plum and warm spice. It also shows notes of anise and cola. Food Pairing: roast chicken, rack of lamb, beef wellington, roast pork with fennel, mushroom dishes (mushroom risotto), roast or grilled lobster, turkey dinner, beef tenderloin.
  • Heritage Block 2021 – 13.8%  dark fruit and bramble notes with a touch of dark chocolate, vanilla and subtle oak. Dark fruit dominates the palate, with plenty of ripe tannins, a hint of spice and juicy acidity. This wine was drawn from a broad palette of Stag’s Hollow’s finest lots of Merlot, Cab Franc Cab Sauvignon, Malbec and Syrah. Food Pairing: charcuterie, roast beef, grilled steak and sausage, burgers, turkey dinner, lamb, stews.
