Sunny days off are for checking out your local farmers market to see what tasty fresh produce and goodies you can score. Persephone Brewing did something similar with collaboration with the BC Association of Farmers Markets for their Honey Blonde Ale(6%). Resulting in a beer with the hop and malt on the lighter side so the honey from 7 BC farms can shine through. Definitely a beer that pairs well with any of the goodies you picked up at the market.
