A brewery built on the foundation of a winery. Firestone Walker Brewing went back to their roots with Rosalie 5%. A Rose style beer, co-fermented on Chardonnay and other grape varieties with a dash of hibiscus. This is a Rose lovers beer,with bright fruit flavours, lemon, some tannins and a slight dry tart finish.
