Logsdon – Barrel aged 2 ways

Do you have a sweet tooth that always goes for the extreme sour candies? The latest from Logsdon might be what your pallet craves. Both sours but brewed in different ways:

  • ZuurPruim – Barrel Aged Tart Plum ale 8%, a mixed culture farmhouse aged 4 months in French Oak Barrels after which Oregon plums were added and aged another 4 months. Giving the beer notes of apple, sour plum, and earthly oak. Finishing dry and puckering tart
  • Cerasus – Organic Kriek beer brewed with Oregon Cherries 8.5% , a barrel aged Flanders Red style with sweet and tart Oregon Cherries added during the aging process. The beers acidity will increase as it ages, so store in a cold dark place and enjoy.

Cheers!
