As you might already know, Central City has been distilling for a while now. This gin is a product of that hard work. Named in honour of BC’s original capital, Queensborough, it is made in the London Dry style. As a way to truly make it their own, they used Rocky Mountain Juniper berries and BC Spruce tips.
