Christmas might have come and gone, but the presents keep on coming! We just got this treat from Four Winds Brewing. It is a collaboration with Icelandic brewery Borg Brugghús and the beer is a Nordic style saison aged in a foedre with Keremeos plums and Arctic thyme. Sounds exciting!
