We have another small release from Two Brewers Yukon Whisky. Release 17 (46%) is from their Innovative Series using malted rye and specialty brewers malts. The result is a whisky with ginger and burnt caramel notes leading to cinnamon candy spice and brown sugar. A whisky that’ll leave feeling like you visited a spice store.
