Field House Brewing – Foeder Trio

da da da, what you do with beer. What can be done. Field House Brewing is doing. They’ve taken a Golden Sour and aged it 1 year in Oak Foeders with 5 different Brett strains for 9 months. Then the fun part, splitting it 3 ways , adding fruit and aging another 3 months. The result is there 3 sours:

  • Raspberry & Red Currant Sour 7%
  • Plum Sour 7%
  • Rhubarb Sour 7%
