- Hope Springs Eternal – English bittersweet apples wild fermented with local crushed peaches. Finished in Viognier wine barrels from TH Wines. Can expect a medium bodied cider with fresh peach and lemon zest on the palate.
- All The Glitters – French bittersweet apples wild fermented with local nectarines. Then finished in Viognier wine barrels from TH Wines. Result is a medium bodies cider with tropical fruit notes.
