In collaboration with Farmhouse Fest there is Savage a Wild Rustic Saison. Clawing in at 6% , it suggests flavours of tropical fruit and ripe pineapple. And has as essence of minerals with a dry finish.
Then there’s their changeling Moon Blossom, an Elderflower Sour Saison blooming in at 5.3%. Brewed with fresh Elderflowers from the Fraser Valley. Crack the can and enjoy hints of floral with a lemony tartness and a white pepper spice to finish. The kind of saison you want to enjoy on a moonlit night with the fairies.
