A truly unique craft distillery out of Nanaimo, BC that grows many of their own botonicals as well as ferments and bottles on sight. Arbutus Distillery does small batches so don’t hesitate on grabbing yourself some today, so far we have:

Creme de Lavande – Lavendar liquuer 20% distilled from fresh picked lavender *contains butterfly pea flower an lemon*

Elderflower Liqueur – 22% made from freshly foraged BC Elderflower Blossoms and only one batch per year.
Of course you might be asking “what do I mix them with?”, well you could try a splash in some dry cider or prosecco. Or with some soda and your favourite vodka and gin.
