In your school days it was all about being an exchange students. And chance to experience cultures you normally wouldn`t . Now as adults who have a love for craft beer it`s all about experiencing cultures but of the beer variety. We give you Dageraad Brewing`s Culture Exchange, a dry hopped mixed-culture fermented Farmhouse ale 7.1%. A beer in collaboration with Brew Culture. Who worked along with White Labs to create a brewers yeast special made for Dageraad. This brew was tank aged, dry hopped, bottle conditioned, and bottle aged. Resulting in a beer with aromas and flavour of oak, spice and fruity Brett and a light tart finish. Cheers!
