It’s not the first time we have seen a collaboration between some of our local favourites Steel & Oak and Four Winds, and most likely it won’t be the last. This time around they made a pale ale fermented with Sacch Trois and loaded with a bunch of different hops such as Citra, Mosaic, Azacca and a bit of fresh Cashmere. To really stir things up they even added some Amchoor. What is that you might ask? Well it’s green mango spice! Expect this to be tropical and funky. Cheers!
