Some things get better with time. This beer from Dageraad Brewing is an excellent example! Done for the third year in a row, they have stepped it up a size to 750 ml bottles. It is bright and fruity, due to the addition of BC pears. There’s also coriander added which works great in this. This is amazing to pair with Christmas dinner. A beer sure to bring on the holiday cheer!
