It’s all about the optics, Yellow Dog Brewing is back with another limited release. Optics is a Dry Hopped Sour 7.6%, an aged white sour that was dosed with Citra Hops. Result is a sour that slowly seeps into tropical flavours with lingering okiness. Now where are my beer goggles?
