Fieldhouse House Brewing Goes All Spontaneous

It’s fun to be spontaneous every once and awhile. Now how about being spontaneous in a traditional sense? Fieldhouse Brewing did that for their recent collab with Wander Brewing, Spontaneous 6.3%. A Lambic Style Ale brewed like the Belgian Brewers did many moons ago using Traditional Turbid Decoction Mash. Matured in Chaberton Wine Barrels for 18 months, then naturally matured in the bottle. Actually now that you think about it, it’s not a very spontaneous process. The question now is can you be? Cheers!
