Something spectacular just swooped into our store. “Venatrix” from Driftwood Brewery! Loaded with tart raspberry, it is a Belgian Lambic inspired sour. Beers like this take some time and we are sure the patience will pay off wonderfully. A variety of microscopic critters duked it out to give you a mouthpuckering, yet exquisitely refreshing experience.

Twin Sails – Hot Take

Lately, Twin Sails Brewing has really been pushing the definition of IPA style, and we are all for it! In this all the hop additions were post boil, to give you an explosive hop flavor minus the bitterness. Hence the “zero IBU” designation. We are absolutely burning with curiosity to try this!

Les Trois Mousquetaires – Oud Bruin

Here is something malty and rich to warm your cold body. Les Trois Mousquetaires from Quebec has brought us an Belgian inspired Oud Bruin. It is vinous and oaky with a dash of balsamic character. Very nice!

Bomber – Prairie Baard

Inspired by the golden wheat and barley fields of the prairies, Bomber Brewing gives us something mellow to crush after a hard days work.

Dunham – Tropicale IPA

Something new this way comes, Brasserie Dunham gives us a taste of summer during these chilly winter days. It is a tropical fruit bomb in essence, since it is fermented with mango, guava, passionfruit and tangerine. Dry hopped with Mosaic and TNT hops to add to the fruity character even more.
