Just even looking at this little beer from Pfriem Family Brewers puts us in a Christmassy mood! It is a kriek style lambic beer made with Hood River cherries and barrel aged for 10 months. It finishes tart and dry. Very nice!
A gorgeous French red with nice depth and intensity. It spent 12 months resting in oak for a nicely integrated tannic character. The nose is composed of notes of red fruits, cocoa and vanilla. The palate is just as complex. This goes very nicely with all sorts of red meats and French cheese.

Quirky as ever, Phillips Brewing like to stray from tradition and do their own thing. This beer is a perfect example. Kettle soured with Lactobacillus, infused with fruity peaches and lastly aged on oak, this brew will have your taste buds freaking out in a good way.
Sometimes you just want to have something mellow. This one from Powell Brewery is just the thing. It is light and refreshing, yet not without flavor. You still get a fair bit of hoppy character with notes of orange peel, apricot, melon and berries.
