From Persephone Brewing we have their first barrel aged sour. Named after the goddess of harvest & agriculture and the mother of Persephone. We have Demeter, a Barrel Aged Sour Ale 5%. Made with Okanagan Cherries and aged in Woodford Reserve Whiskey Barrels. It’s tart and complex with a balanced malt sweetness and mild oak undertones. Cheers!
