- 2020 Gamay Noir Sparkling Rose 10.8% *sourced from Cavada Vineyard. Ripe berry fruit notes, some floral and a touch of stone fruit.
- Something Different – 2020 Pinot Blanc 11.8% * must be kept chilled*, after the first ferment they used champagne yeast and wild honey.
