It started from a “what if?”. Method and Madness hatched from the curious side of Midleton Distillery. A single grain whiskey 46%, matured in bourbon barrels. Then finished in virgin Spanish Oak casks. Nice mix of wood spice plays off the natural sweetness of the grain. Share as a sipper or in a cocktail with your special someone. Cheers!
