All the local breweries are getting experimental. Was only a matter of time till we got something from downunder that was as well. From La Sirene Brewing we have their Reserve Saison 2016 7%. A blend of their Classic Saison vintages barrel aged. Result is a sour yet dry yeasty bubbly wild saison. Cheers!
