On these dog days of summer one might say a salty beer is one to quench your thirst. Saltwest lemon Gose 4.2%, a Lemon Infused Sea Salt Gose from Sooke Oceanside Brewing. They collaborated with Saltwest Naturals. The result a wheat sour that is tart with a hint of lemon and a little brine. Cheers!
