A good way to try something new and not break the bank with getting a large bottle is to go for a mickey. We recently got in 375ml bottles of The Macallan Double Cask 12yr old 43%. Might be a smaller bottle but you’ll still get all the flavours you expect. Notes of honey, toffee apple, candied orange and vanilla custard. Followed by wood spices, citrus,raisins and caramel and lingering oak to finish. Now all you need is a library, fire place and big comfy chair to sink into while you slowly sip it. Cheers!
