Little late with our post about the BC Beer Awards. Not easy finding a spot when there are so many new tasty drinks coming in weekly. But better late that not posting we would say. For those who have been living under a rock October is Craft Beer month here in BC. It’s also when the BC Beer Awards happens, this year marked 10 years. 3 of our staff got to attend and from the sounds of it they enjoyed themselves. Best part is is that for two of them, Gareth and Chris, it was their first time attending. With tokens in hand that hardest part was deciding where to start. For Maeghan it was going for beers she hadn’t yet tried or missed out on. All in all they came back with lots of beer info so when you stop in wanting to know what beers we have that won awards or just to pick their beer brains. Ask them or any of our knowledgeable staff and they will be more than happy to help. Cheers! And again congrats to all the winners this year, can’t wait to see what you all come up with next year.
