They Brewed a wine? Now that I have your attention…They didn’t actually brew a wine, well they did kinda. Field House Brewing and House Of Funk Brewing got together on a second collaboration. Pinot Gris Sour Saison 6%, a beer that began as a Sour Saison fermented with some special yeast strains. Was soaked on Pinot Gris grape skins and dry hopped, lightly, with Citra ans Nelson Sauvin hops. Expect your taste buds to be tantalized with aromas of pear and apple. As well as notes stone fruit and tropical frui. Cheers!
