Storm Brewing is celebrating their 25th Anniversary with the release of King Rattus XXV, a Blackberry Lambic(7%). Reincarnated from a 1996 recipe and aged 2 years in French Oak barrels. Organic blackberries added later on creating a beer that’s a light fruity sour with subtle oak notes and finishes dry. It’s bottle conditioned so enjoy now or while watching the Rat King in the Nutcracker. Cheers!
