If you could go back in time and have one of the first beers it would probably get something like Moon Under Water Brewing’s Ancient Ale Series. Well better brewing conditions these days but you get idea. Their latest release in the series is Old Coyote, at 9.4%. It is a sour wheat ale aged 18 months in port barrels with sage and elderflower. pop the cork now or let it age a bit. Cheers!
