This barrel aged sour from Field House started life in September 2017! Aged for one year with wild yeast and a sour culture, then moved onto L’acadie grapes from Whispering Horse Winery. Finished off with a month of bottle conditioning, you’ve got a sour unlike any other. Cheers!
