Now, here’s something particularly special from none other than Green Flash! They got into the Belgian state of mind to create this funky brew. There are many layers of complexity given the fermentation with Bastogne yeast and use of herbal hops. It is finished off by bottle conditioning with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis to bring out that Belgian funk. Expect this to be bright, effervescent and dry. It will continue to age nicely for quite some time.
