It’s been awhile since we’ve seen Le Trou du Diable‘s Mellifera on our shelves and we’re excited to revisit it! This unfiltered saison was brewed with honey and lacto. It has a lemony mead aroma, with floral notes, a hint of honey and bright acidity.
