All the dogs are barking up the right tree for this one. Red Collar Brewing does a new take on a classic English style. It has a solid base of rich biscuit and malt character, topped up with a trifecta of Pacific Northwest hops. Centennial, Comet and Cascade are the hops of choice here. Beware though, because this one packs are wallop!
