Exchanges & Refunds

Sales are final. Sorry no refunds.

If you get a flawed product, please bring back the remainder of the product in question with the receipt, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We are unable to exchange natural wines including wild ferment & minimal intervention.

Recycling & Returns

Before you bring down your empty cans and bottles, please consider the following:

  • We are only able to accept 24 items per customer per day
  • We are only able to accept products we currently sell at Brewery Creek
  • We are not able accept returns after 8 PM
  • Please ensure that all of your returns must be rinsed and clean

As we do have a limited amount of space to keep empties, please understand that we may run out of room from time to time. If you have any questions or concerns please just give us a call 604-872-3373.

Reserving or Holding Products

In order to ensure that all of our customers have an equal opportunity to purchase our products, especially rare and limited releases, it is our policy at Brewery Creek not to reserve products under any circumstances.

We understand that this is challenging for customers that are a distance from the store or busy on release days. If you have any family or friends that are nearby, please do send them in on your behalf and we would be happy to help them find the products you were hoping for or suggest some great alternatives.

Rare Releases – Limited Availability

Some of our products have limited availability and limited quantities. To ensure that as many customers as possible are able to try these products, we often limit the purchasing volume of the items. This could means a limit of one (1) or two (2) units per person depending on the item.

These purchasing limits will be noted on our website and social media whenever possible and communicated by our team at the store. We understand that having limited access to your favorite products is challenging, but please know that this policy is in place to ensure the best access for all of our valued customers.
