Some of you might have heard of this new little company called Coalesce Brewing… If you haven’t, listen up! They share the space at Twin Sails Brewing and create many a fine wild fermented and barrel aged brew. The kind that makes you ponder your existence, but in a delicious way. This one is the first release to come to our store. It is named after the legendary “Valley of Gold” and inspired by an even more legendary beer by the name of Orval. We could tell you what it tastes like but you should really just try for yourself. Let’s just say that our wonderful friend Brettanomyces is involved… Cheers!
